The Shadow Lines: A Novel
I didn't enjoy this Ghosh book as much as I loved Sea of Poppies and The Hungry Tide. I haven't been able to put my finger on exactly why but I think part of it was that I didn't like the main character as much as I did in the other books and because it sometimes felt like more of a political statement than a novel, but I still learned a good amount and enjoyed some parts of the story very much.
